It's so easy... well, you know the rest! April 27, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I'm a technology hermit and this was a simple setup. I have DSL and all I did was unplug the ethernet cable from the back of my computer and plug it into the adapter. (The adapter plugs into the back of the Wii via USB). Under Wii settings, choose "Internet" - select "connection settings" - select a box that has "None" (ex. "Connection 1 - None") - then select "Wired connection" - select "Ok" to test connection. That's it. Worked instantly. You only need a Wii points card if you want to download virtual games (500-1000 points, depending on game) or download the Internet Channel (500 points). This review is a bit of a mess, but I give this product 5 Stars!
Good Bargain April 16, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
It came.... I plugged it in..... it worked. The price point is the biggest seller here it was quite a bit cheaper than its nintendo brand counterpart and works flawlessly i've had no trouble. a good option for those lacking a Wi-Fi connection.

Just what the doctor ordered, plug it in and away you go, works great, no problems.
A Very Easy Wii Wi-Fi Product April 10, 2008 6 out of 8 found this review helpful
So far, the Wii Net Connect has been a great wi-fi adapter to use with my Wii. I was glad to learn that the product is as simple to hook up as it looks. Just plug the Wii Net Connect into the Wii's usb slot and then plug your broadband cable in to the Wii Net Connect and you're ready to go! The only problems I've had with it may be specific to the game itself. I've tried to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl online with this product but the lag is too annoying. I heard 1vs1 matches are ok, but the 4 player brawl matches were way too slow. I've read that if I had a wi-fi router I could change some settings to get it to run faster but this cannot be done with the Wii Net Connect. But maybe I just went online the wrong day or the lag can be fixed. Nevertheless, the Wii Net Connect is still a easy and useful device.
Works Great! April 10, 2008 It does what it's supposed to do, no hassles, and is much cheaper than the 1st party ethernet adapter.
What's more to say? just buy it
