2 out of 5 stars Bogus   October 15, 2008

This game looks really cool. Unique idea. But really bad attempt.

The load screens are way way too often. And you have to ride on your bike from mission to mission - Really pointless as there is nothing to collect or kill along the way.

The music sucks.

And while you're constantly watching the tiny radar map to find your destination you end up running into a building and flying off your bike. This game is not a fast paced game at all.

The fight sequences are just button mashers and lack any element of control. Not to mention camera angles are way too close.

Customization: You get to collect clothing. Wow, if i wanted to play dress up I'd go to the mall. You get different light sabers. But you can't switch between them any time you want, and they don't even seem different.

Saving: You can only save at your motel, what a pain.

Don't waste your time on this one.

4 out of 5 stars cool, hip, stylized anime-like pop culture american japanese hybrid fun.   October 5, 2008
out of the the wii games i have, this is the most original, although not the greatest, but it is fun once you get going. the graphics are anime style with content that infuses japanese and american pop culture references throughot the game. it's not for young kids due to the graphic violence and sexual inuendos, and its not for the hardcore gamer either. but it is perfect for the occasional gamer like myself who isnt very good at video games, but like to play um anyway. remember the anime sequence from kill bill? thats what this game reminds me of, with lots of american stuff thrown in. i.e. one gang you fight are like the baseball furies from the warriors and i think they might be called the warriors. also, between fighting, you can free roam around town to pick up extra cash and t-shirts from dumpsters ( hmm, i remember doing this in real life- ha ha) and pick up odd jobs here and there. its a very cool, fun game despite what the "pro" reviewers say. if you like anime or pop culture, you will get a kick out of this game. i dig it.

In case Anybody miss it, this game was first planned for the xbox 360,
but the way they implement the use of the wiimote it's what makes this game a must have for any wii owner.

2 out of 5 stars Very Repetitive Game   September 29, 2008

I played this game for about 30 mins and almost fell asleep playing. Its not very exciting doing the same thing OVER and OVER and OVER. I rented the game over the weekend and I am soooo glad that I did not buy this game.

2 out of 5 stars not good   September 28, 2008

controls - run around hitting the "A" button

visuals - looks like a ps1 game

little things that make the game a bit funny - like sitting on the toilet to save the game - get old real fast.
