I ordered this product by mistake but returned it to the seller upon receiving his instructions because I actually wanted the 3.5mm jack to 2.5mm plug adapter.
Nevertheless the 3.5mm jack to 2.5mm plug product works perfectly delivering stereo sound. It enables me to connect a palm treo phone to my home sound system functioning just like any other mp3 player.
