5 out of 5 stars Great Product   July 17, 2008

Purchased for my 11 year old daughter, this DS has become her pride and joy! Color is really pretty, although it shows every little "ping" and "scratch". I recommend getting a case for it. We did and it made all the difference in keeping it like new. Picture quality is great and there are lots of games that can be played on this thing. Highly recommended for good quality product that can keep a kid occupied for hours.

4 out of 5 stars Great fun but. . .   July 17, 2008

I have been enjoying my new toy but the thing I wish it had was a battery reminder to let you know that you are just about out of battery and to charge or change your source of power. I had to go back and redo several puzzles because of losing power while playing Professor Layton and the Curious Village. One game, Brain Age 1 or 2 told me I was getting low but that is the only one I have seen do that. Hooking up to the internet was quite easy with on line instruction and I have been downloading games to go with Professor Layton game. Buy a screen protector right away so that you dont scratch it all up--I have already replaced mine and it has only been about a month. I can only imagine what my screen would look like if I hadnt done this.

5 out of 5 stars Very Original   July 15, 2008
This is a very unique and amazing gaming system that some people weren't ready for. this is for the gamer who wants more than pushing buttons.

5 out of 5 stars What a great little machine.   July 14, 2008
I am a 30 year old mother who has a nintendo DS, there I said it!. I decided to purchase this little console to I guess entertain myself, since being a mother of a 11 month baby and a almost 3 year old very energetic boy can be stressful and challenching. I used to own a PS2 which I loved but ended up selling it because I just could not find the time to play with it.
This is a great little console for adults as well as for children, it just all depends of what games you choose to play. I recomend the Phoenix Wright triology. So if you want to get away and relax at night or have a little alone time buy one of these, they are worth the price.
