5 out of 5 stars Assassin's Creed Review   July 23, 2008
This game is a must have. Anyone who played it will agree that they had fun playing this game. It's really exciting and intense. The story mode is interesting and I loved it. I hope a sequel is going to come out because this game deserves a sequel. If I didn't have this game I would definetly buy this game again.

1 out of 5 stars i agreed with everyone else   July 20, 2008

Everyone is right about this game. It does get boring quick. The graphics are ouystanding, but thats about it.

2 out of 5 stars Gets old quick.   July 15, 2008
I play a lot of games so I will be honest here: the game is pretty fun at first. You do a lot of sneaking and "death from above" moves. However, the story itself is too confusing for its own good and the game gets pretty repetitive. If you own a PS3, please save your money for a game like Metal Gear Solid 4, which is totally worth it.

3 out of 5 stars Must play, gets old quick   July 7, 2008
Im sure its been said a lot, but this game is boring. Its innovative though, the missions are really inventive, but the game in it self is a really good idea and fun for 5 hours. Its just that once you get used to the graphics and the cool gameplay, it becomes a chore to beat. Thats it, you do the same stuff over and over and over.I think everyone should give it a play, its really fun for a while and the whole idea behind the game is new and very beautiful to look at. But there it is, all this innovative gameplay is VERY repetitive. Also, there is no skill level to the game, anyone who has played this game for a year is just as good at it as someone that played it for a week.

4 out of 5 stars gorgeous graphics, yet great game gets old for weekend warriors like me   July 6, 2008
Stunning graphics. watching your player move around is the best - every detail was tended to; Ubisoft treated it like a tailor would treat a Dolce Gabanna suit - wrinkles, clothes flow in the wind... just a awesome to watch.

Gameplay starts out great, but if you're a weekend warrior like me (play a few hours every weekend) it will get old after a while; mind you, it's a 4 star game: quality, and a great idea. But I'm halfway through and it seems a bit repetitive. Maybe it will change when I complete my mission.
I think it's a great game overall. I'd just like to try different strategies when it comes to an assassination, not the same repetitive steps like the last mission...
