I bought this headphone as it was listed as an accessory (*under recommendations and in tags not in info of item) for the PSP and PSP Slim. It is not compatible for the PSP Slim, which has a thin yet wider remote connection. The metal connector are not correct either. Other than that it looks sweet. Now I have to search again for the right set of headphones.
I knew there was a difference in the two types of headphones and I thought I chose correctly. But I guess I didn't. So this review is a reminder for others not to make the same mistake. I didn't see one in reviews.
 Works with PSP 1000 series console only January 7, 2008
Product works with the PSP 1000 series console only (the older one). The new PSP-2000 series consoles does not support the remote function, although headsets will work. I returned the shipment.
Necessary addition! January 2, 2008
I feel like this is a good nice to have additional accessory for the serious psp owner. Its of the sony brand so there are no compatibility issues to worry about and the sound is very good. I brought these headphones in combination with the remote control for more added control. The only issue I have with these are the bland color of white. My psp is black so from a personal standpoint, I would have preferred to have the option to chose a different color. Other than that, given the price that these are offered on this site I would say it was a very good inexpensive purchase.

Its very funcionall cos you can play in any place enjoy at 100% the sound of the game or your music.

As previously mentioned, very uncomfortable. Why they thought people wouldn't want cushioning is beyond me. Sound quality is mediocore and I couldn't find a use for the remote. I don't use my PSP as an mp3 player really so your milage may vary.
