4 out of 5 stars Outstanding Game   June 14, 2008

One of the best Wii games we have, as much fun as Mario Party 8. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

5 out of 5 stars I was Skeptical at First...   June 14, 2008

but then I rented this and LOVED it. I didn't think this kind of game could be worth $50, but I now think it is. If you aren't sure, rent it and you will then have an urge to buy it.

My wife was watching us play and decided to give it a try, she got distracted from the real game to just spend the time hitting the animals with the tennis ball. It was hilarious.

The actual game is inventive and fun for all skill levels. It's fun in party mode and by yourself.

On a side note, I haven't found any of the levels that look like those in the pictures above, so I assume they need to be unlocked. I really hope those aren't just promo photos and they aren't really in the game. But I have only been playing for a few hours.

Again, rent it if your skeptical, you won't regret it.

4 out of 5 stars Fun, but...   June 13, 2008

The game is great and we've had a lot of fun playing it. The only concern I have is that the control seems to jump all over the screen. When we play other games the control is steady and moves where we want but with Boom Blox it has a tendency to fly all over the screen making game play much more difficult. I don't know why that happens or how to correct it, but it seems to be the game and not the wii.

5 out of 5 stars Fun Puzzle Game - Like a Shooting Gallery and Jenga Combined   June 11, 2008

If you like puzzle games, you'll love this. Knock down 'Jenga" type towers by throwing stuff at them-- bowling balls, baseballs, etc. Different kinds of blocks on the tower make it even better- bomb blocks, chemical blocks which explode when they touch other similar blocks...

This game is lots of fun for both people playing alone as well as with somebody else. A good mix of "thinking" and action.

Worth $50. A great "wii experience" that can't be duplicated with a joystick console.

I bought this item as a gift for my grandson. I know nothing about it. I just wrapped it up and gave it to him for his birthday present.
