3 out of 5 stars This is a great game.   July 30, 2006

If you have ever played Rayman 2 on the Nintendo 64, this is the same game, only on your Nintendo DS. This game is not for the casual gamer though, it can get very hard and there are long distances between check points. So if you die you got to go back to the last checkpoint. But on the plus side you get tons and tons of trys to beat the level. I would recomend this game to the hardcore gamer. The reason this game only got a 3 for overall is because the graphics are not the best in the world, and the audio is quite. But all that matters for a game is that it is fun.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome Adventure Game   July 16, 2006

Purchased this game for my husband. We both have spent numerous hours playing it. Rayman is a great adventure game. Very challenging and intriguing. I suggest it as a "must have" for any gamer who want to find an adventure game with multiple levels and challenges

3 out of 5 stars Rayman DS "Rayman 2 On The Go"   April 29, 2006

2 years ago, the nintendo ds was ready for launch.... The big title was Mario 64 DS....
The title I was looking foward to Rayman Ds.
But sadly, it was pushed back to march or april so i pre-ordered. Alright lets get to the game!!!
The game is a cool typical platform game. Fun exciting, theres adventures to explore and more fun. Even though this game, is a Rayman 2 port i still enjoy it. I like the features with the nintendo ds touch screen.
I can track how many Lums I collected and rayman's Rayman's health on the bottom touch screen. Lums are yellow things you have to collect during the game and theres about 40 different levels to explore. I recommend this title if you have a nintendo ds and your in the mood for a good platformer.

4 out of 5 stars Good but lousy controls.   March 18, 2006

I really liked Rayman, fun DS game but it had a problem with the controls.Since I don't like to use the touch screen as a controller(My fingerprints will ruin it)I am left with the directional pad and it is a bit unstable for controlling Rayman.(Caution:the screenshots on the back of the case were taken from the PS2 version of the game and don't mistake it for the DS's graphic power even though the in-game graphics are good, don't be fooled.)

4 out of 5 stars Not as bad as everyone is trying to put it to be   January 24, 2006

This game is easy, which is expected, sence it is a kid's game. I never had a problem with the game other than it was hard to control. The graphics are the same as the one in the playstation verson. I would recomend this to be a game to give to anyone that is about the age of 10 or so.
I can't even figure out why anyone would have a back light problem sence there is a control to turn it on, not only in the DS but the game as well. ( I play in well lit rooms and have very poor vision yet never had the problem of seeing the game. )
