Love to guitar hero play with my teenage daughter May 17, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I found something that my teenage daughter still likes to do with me! We are even teaching grandma how to play. We can play for a quick 5 minutes or for 3 hours. We can play individually, as a team, or competitively. We can pack it up and take it with us, play it on the big screen or down in the playroom. There's no cussing, no blood and guts, and no sex! It is just good, clean fun, family style. I just wish Wii had more games - and I am not that thrilled with the upcoming Aerosmith game. I like them, but they are not my fave. I am sure it will be fun anyway because I will know most of the songs.
This a game that the whole family can play together, as with many other Wii games. I love it!
Wii WIreless Guitar May 12, 2008 Product delivered quickly, works just fine. Same as the bundled package guitar. Cheaper price that what was in the stores.
good so far April 30, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product has been good so far. I have only had it for a month. So no breakage problems yet, and hopefully there won't be any.
Extra Guitar - for GH3 - Wii April 28, 2008 Works perfect. Same guitar as the one that came in the original bundle with Guitar Hero 3. This game is great, and the wireless guitar is so money. Definately necessary to have 2 guitars for this game.
Will be even better with Aerosmith's Guitar Hero game release in June 2008.
Two is Better than One! April 23, 2008 I wasn't real sure if having a second guitar would be worth it, but it's great. Now both my daughter and I can play at the same time, either cooperatively (to beat the game and work our way up), or in "face off" mode, against each other. If we needed to we could actually be at different levels in "face off" (e.g. she in Hard, me in Medium). Definitely worth the purchase--in cooperative mode, one person takes bass, the other takes lead guitar (although there are still 5 "strings" on the bass guitar). I've found that the Wii remote chews up batteries--I pull them out when not playing, and they seem to last longer.
