Great Game! May 12, 2008
Lots of fun! I like the concept of the game and how you can play co-op or challenge friends. It is really easy to learn how to play the game, and the 3-5 minute songs means you can play short battles without being required to have prior knowledge or understanding of an in-depth storyline.
My only complaint is that the guitar controller in this bundle is not really a "controller". It's just an "adaptor" for your current Wii remote.
I read that the Guitar Hero 3 bundles for XBOX360 and PlayStation3 actually comes with with a guitar that is independant of the console controller.
I would recommend this game to people of all ages who loves rock-n-roll and hand-eye-coordination type games, but I wouldn't recommend getting this for Wii if you have a PS3 or XBOX360 lying around the house. If I had the choice, I'd much rather pay the same price for a game "controller", not just an "adaptor".
P.S. Game is actually pretty fun for adults too, although our kids may often defeat us in battle...

This game is everything you expect from Guitar Hero. The Wii version is a straight port, nothing new as far as I could tell. Made my brother-in-law very happy.

My family play this game daily. Sometimes we play the career mode to hone our skills, but mostly we take turns in Quickplay mode trying to beat the highest scores to date. This game has taken a front seat to Super Mario Galaxy and LEGO Star Wars, at least for now.
Pretty fun May 12, 2008
I play a little guitar and I found it not that easy to pass the easy level and struggling on medium. Its great for anyone who is thinking of starting to learn the guitar. Mastering this game would definitely help!

This game is great fun & very hard...(on some songs)
Over all though I have to say this is one of my favorite games for the wii. It gets old after awhile, but don't they all...
All & all i have to say this is a must have game!
