I bought this because I was stuck at a point in The Legend of Zelda: The phantom hourglass. Okay, granted I've only had the Action Replay card for about 2 days, but I find it totally awesome. The interface of the software is very user friendly and simple to use. I had read some of the reviews of this product so I was wary of purchasing it, but I did anyway. I'm soooooo glad I did. It takes the frustration out of my games (I'm only using it for the parts of games I get completely stuck in). It also beat the old ways of having to spend hours online looking for game cheats and codes. It does seem like it could have the potential of zapping the fun out of games. But thats why I am making myself use it only on the parts of games it takes me over two weeks to pass. Also, after buying it I made it a priority to read the directions carefully so as not to damage it, seems some people broke theirs or got faulty ones. But, I love mine. Very Handy and fun.

Does not have the proper drivers for Windows XP. Could not get the game to work. Complete waste of money

If you're lookijng for this product, you were probably looking for it. The Action Replay changes codes inside of the game to change elements of the game, and "flip the rules in your favor."
If you've ever owned another action replay, possibly the GBA one, you'll realize this is very different, possibly in a good way. There is no more fiddling with typing in the codes over the DS, all you must do is plug the whole thing into the computer by USB port, and copy and paste the code into the Action Replay.
If you've ever owned an AR, you'll want this one too, probably. If you're hearing about this product for the first time, be warned, this isn't for the casual gamer, NOT because it being too complicated, but because it may ruin your experience with some games, such as eliminating the challenge. Many people use them for things such as getting the pokemon it is impossible to get in the pokemon games.
I've never experienced this product destroying the game, like some people say.

I bought it to use for Pokemon Pearl and it worked exelently! It comes with lots of game bustins codes and if you install the CD, you can put on codes off the internet, though it takes a while to figure out.

My son loves this - as long as the game are already installed. I can't get the computer update to work for love or money and he is haveing a fit. Then I googled solutions and discovered everyone else has the same problem and there is no fix. What a waste.
