Harvest Moon Ds Cute is sooo much better than Harvest Moon Ds. This one doesn't have any glitches like the other one does. Plus you get to play as a girl! You can play as the girl from mineral town or the girl from another wonderful life. Get a free cat and dog too! The cat is simply adorable! To get a horse you must ship 1,000 things. Then the horse will be brought to you, as an adult. That means that you can ride it right away too! How fun! You can actually ride it out of town too! Also there is a new batchor, Sky. He is really cute, he reminds me of Sesshormu, kinda. He has silver hair and (unlike Sesshormuru) he is a big flirt. The only thing is that he is a theif. But he doesn't kill or hurt people. He has this beam called "Chick Beam" that can freeze girls! Most girls marry Sky. Aww. I think that he stops stealing after you marry him.

This game was ordered from Amazon. Not being aware of the shipment agreement initially we obviously ordered Express shipping, wich turned out to cost more than the game itself. Putting this aside, the game turned out to be quite satisfying for my 9-year old daughter, loads of fun, complex in stucture and seemingly endless in adventure and challenges for her. Recommended.

I've been a huge fan of the female Harvest Moon games for about a year now, so I jumped at the opportunity to get one for my sparkley-new DS. I must say, it was just as good as all the other games I got, which is good, but I've only had a few dislikes about it.
1.) The guys are... well... ugly (except the 'bonus' bachelor, Skye, who is amazing ^.^). Not the loveable ones in MFOMT, though if you have that game, you can put it in the DS and they will visit.
2.) You have to save 60 harvest sprites before you can get married. This is pretty hard, if you don't have a walkthrough of some sort. But it's worth it, cause you can have a baby, unlike Harvest Moon: Boy & Girl.
3.) In Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl, there was no penalty if you threw weeds and such on the ground, so I was in the habit of picking up weeds and throwing them. A while into the game, I started to find that nobody's heart level was going up, so I bought the love braclet so I could view the Love Points. As it turns out, people like you less if you throw things on the ground. So don't. ever. litter.
4.) There's only two saving slots, which is a little annoying.
Other than that, it's a lot of fun to play, and I've had no technical issuses or anything, so I'd definately still recommend getting it.

This game I have to say, is the best out of the Harvest Moon games so far. In this game, you can have up to 11 potential bachelors. (If you have one of the Friends Of Mineral Town Games). While trying to save the Harvest Goddess by finding sprites, and while taking care of your farm.
Harvest Moon DS Cute is packed with events, 11 bachelors, a plot, and has a lot more characters then the usual Harvest Moon games. Since the game includes characters both from A Wonderful Life, and Friends of Mineral Town. Most fans of the Harvest Moon games would enjoy this!

where do i start? if you have never played harvest moon: you raise crops, animals and date guys! sounds stupid right? whether or not you'll like this game depends on what kind of person you are. for example: my sister bought this game, she didnt really make a prosperous farm she just played untill she could get married, had a child and then sold the game to me....that is because she is not a true harvest mooner. well in this version you can have cows, sheep, chickens and ducks, and enter festivals! festivals are one of my favorite aspects of this game. dating is probly this most fun thing about this game. there are 6 regular batchelors, and if you put in your mineral town game, you get 4 more plus the thief, which makes eleven. yes i am the same person who wrote the more friends of mineral town review saying how cute rick is and hes still a great husband. having a child is fun but WARNING you must carefully plan the day of your wedding(which acurrs 7 days after proposing) because if you marry on a odd day, youll get a girl, even day you get a boy, which can be difficult when courting mineral town boys. that about sums up this game. EXEPT FOR THE 4:44 AM DOGHOUSE FIGHTING!!!!
when you press A on the useless doghouse at 4:44 am youll battle girls in the mine....it very disturbing, esspecially when karen uses my sweetheart rick to protect herself...youll have to see it to belive me. read freyashawks guide on blogspot....youll see.
