Doesn't plays on XBOX360! February 20, 2007 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Take care when you're going to buy this title, because it doesn't plays on XBOX360 console! If you have XBOX360 console, buy the XBOX360 Fifa Soccer 2007 instead of this one.
Great game for even the smallest soccer fan January 17, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The game's graphics are unbelievable. You can actually tell who is who by looking at the players' faces.(if you know who they are of course). You can create your own team, stadium, flag, colors for the team, and players. The game allows you to scout players that are just in high school, but may be the future of your organization. Me and my friends usually just have pickup games between to mls teams, which happen to be rated very poorly. us soccer is a joke. Fun for all ages.
GREAT!!!! January 12, 2007 First of all let me explain... I am addicted. I'm jonesing right now for some good FIFA 07. I bought this game about a month ago & have been trying to play it as much as possible. I previously had FIFA 2005 & while I found it a good game... it wasn't great. I felt that 2005 didn't have an appropriate amount of strategy involved in the game play. Not so for 2007. In 2007 you can pick the mentality of your whole team, not just sections of your team like 2005. In 2007 there are more amounts of defensive options, you can play a 'flat back' defnese while the rest of your team has a 'neutral' mentality. What's more is that when you pick certain strategies the team seems to react appropriately. This didn't seem to work so well in 2005. The depth in general for 07 is awesome. For instance, the more you play a key player the more his attributes increase. Someone below mentioned that the AI has been improved, I wholeheartedly agree. I'm playing semi-pro, MLS, Kansas City Wizards, a 2.5 star team. They loose to better teams win against poorer teams & vice versa. This game is a huge leap forward for the EA soccer franchise. I rated this game a 4 on 'fun' only because of the frustration factor. Make no mistakes this game is very challenging. Ryan
FiFa Soccer 07 January 9, 2007 This game seems much more challenging than previous versions. I like creating and managing my own teams. The play is very realistic. Not sure about the reality of almost always giving up last minute goals to the opponents? Good game otherwise.
meh December 13, 2006 I have to rate this as "meh". I am spoiled, I think, by Winning Eleven, which has far superior gameplay IMHO. I bought FIFA 07 because they have the licenses to have the teams and players I like (DC United and Hapoel Tel Aviv). And while it is fun to play in a 'real' league, the gameplay is just disappointing. Not terrible, just disappointing.
