My husband and I are not gamers, we bought the Wii for family fun with our 13 yr old daughter. We all love this game. Shooting the zombies is a blast, and it's a fun way to spend time together. You can tone down the gore, and the graphics are certainly good enough for what it is. A good way to spend a hot summer afternoon.

I really wanted to enjoy this game. I played this game many times in the arcade and jumped at the chance to purchase this game. The gameplay is very realistic as with most Wii games I've played. It's fun with one or two players...for the first 10 times.
After that, you get frustrated by the fact you have to restart your games from the beginning every time. And since I don't have the ability to play every day, I seem to be stuck in the first couple levels.
Give us regular folks that just enjoy just a few hours a week of video games a chance to play an interesting game.

This is a great game for fans of the arcade version. When played with the Wii Perfect Shot gun, it simulates being in an arcade again. One of the bonuses of the game (arcade mode) is you can advance your skill because the game doesn't just end if you die once...you are allowed multiple tries before the game really ends.

This game is exactly what it claims to be! The arcade versions of both titles playable on your Nintendo Wii! There is nothing to complain about! The controls are tight and responsive, and the game is more fun than I've had in a long time! What a blast! House of the Dead is great for when you want to sit back and relax. Great fun!
If you are one of the ones who complain because the game was not enhanced, or did not have any great, new extravagant features, then listen up..... If you buy games like this, then YOU will open the doors for Sega and the rest to release more compilations and games like this WITH ENHANCED/ADDITIONAL features!!!!
SO.... buy the game! It is totally worth it, and you will encourage others to release more great games in this genre!

I greatly enjoy playing this game. House 2 is great but part 3 is much better. I really wish they would have paired up the game with the Perfect Shot gun but it was cool. I purchased the gun seperately and received both within a day of each other.
