I purchased the Nyko charger and an extra battery kit and in the beginning it was great!! It saved us alot of money on disposable batteries and we had no complaints at all. Unfortunately, after only 3 months two of the rechargeable batteries stopped working. I wrote to Nyko to ask them if this was a normal occurrance or if I could purchase replacement batteries but I never received a response. I find that a 3 month life span is a bit short for the price that we paid and the lack of customer service is offensive.

If you spend time playing wii, this is a great accesory, you'll save a lot of money in batteries.

The grip helps, although I'm fine with the color that it came with, I wish Amazon allowed you to choose what color. Other then that, I guess if you want your own color, just pick it up at the store.

a great idea ! i don't quite understand why the wii remotes aren't already rechargable, but this is a simple and cost effective solution.
Super sytem to recharge Wii remotes!! February 24, 2008
My husband and I are very happy with this system to recharge our Wii remotes. It works very well, is attractive, and I like the rubberized backs you put on the remotes to replace their current battery doors.
Not a thing could improve this product!
