5 out of 5 stars Great game for all ages....especially those Star Wars Fans   July 19, 2008
This is a fun game. It is easy enough for the young player, like my three year old son, and challenging enough for the older player who tries to finish the entire game to its 100% level. I have not found any glitches in the game. We have been playing it for a while and we are still only about 80% complete, since we have not finished all the mini games and challenges within the game. It is probably my son's favorite game on the DS.

5 out of 5 stars One Of The Best Games My Son Owns!   July 19, 2008
I bought this for my 7 year old son and he plays this game more than any other game he owns for the DS. He loves to play multiplayer with a friend of his who also has this game. If your child loves his/her DS, Star Wars and Legos this is a must have game for them.

5 out of 5 stars To Boldly Go Where No Lego Has Gone Before...   June 29, 2008
...ok, that's "Star Trek"...was trying to come up with a subject that would grab your attention...

Story-Mode: Lego Star Wars plays through all 6 episodes, the Complete Star Wars Saga. It re-tells the adventures of Anakin and Luke Skywalker, in a way that only Lego can! Humorous animated cut-scenes during game play (I laughed out loud while I played this. It is THAT funny!) In story-mode, you unlock all the characters, making them available to use in Free-Play mode.

Free-Play mode: You select the character you want to be, and the computer rendomly selects all the other characters you will need to explore areas that you were previously unable to explore (you need certain characters to enter certain areas) before in Story-Mode.

Laugh-out-loud fun! Great animation! Highly recomend this to anyone!

5 out of 5 stars A Superb Game   June 19, 2008
THis game rocks! You can play all six episodes on it, along with some pretty sweet mini games. In addition, you can play as tons of characters in free play mode, including ones that you create. There seems to be no end to the fun in this great game!

4 out of 5 stars Lego Star Wars on the DS finally done right   June 18, 2008

The last time that the mega popular Lego Star Wars series appeared on the DS was also the first time for the series with Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy. Sadly, that game was a big disappointment on the DS, but thankfully, things have started anew with Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga. With a different development team at the helm, those bad memories of the DS version of Lego Star Wars II become ever distant as the gameplay is re-started from scratch. Playing through all six episodes of the Star Wars saga hasn't been this much fun on a handheld in a while, featuring a very well-designed 3-D engine that runs pretty smoothly (and without any bugs or glitches) and looks pretty good to boot. Everything else about the game, from the emulation of John Williams' classic score to the series' brand of goofy humor, is intact and oh so enjoyable, and wireless co-operative gameplay is a blast as well this time around. If there's any downsides to Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, it's that the game does have an occasional hicuppy frame-rate, and the vehicle-based portions of the game are a little hard to get the hang of at first. All that aside, Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is a pure blast, and for DS owning Star Wars fans, consider this an essential pick-up and wipe those bad memories of Lego Star Wars II away.
