5 out of 5 stars Rock Band for WII   August 13, 2008
We gave Rock Band to our grandson for his 16th birthday and it is a huge success. There was a problem with the guitar but it was replaced immediately and the person with whom I spoke was very helpful. We just spent a two week vacation with our extended family, which includes four teenagers and Rock Band joined us an was quite a hit.

I love doing business with Amazon because it is possible to easily speak with a REAL, LIVE VOICE.

4 out of 5 stars And the band played on   August 12, 2008
Rock Band is a lot of fun, whether you play it alone, with friends, or with your family. The only thing that we were a little disappointed with was the song selection. There were several good songs, but then there were a lot that weren't good. All in all, it is still fun.

4 out of 5 stars all gears good except drum   August 11, 2008
the drums are not good. they dont produce mucical notes, all you hear is the monotonous drum sticks hitting the drums. its very distracting. I cant believe Wii engineers accept this design. I suspect they do it intentionally, forcing you to upgrade to better drum gears later on.

3 out of 5 stars Needs downloadable content!   August 11, 2008
Although I prefer Rockband over Guitar Hero for the choice of songs (Guuitar Hero tends to market towards the younger crowd, and I'm 40+) I wish Iit had the downloadable song capabilities of the XBox 360 version...Us Wii users are stuck with the original content, and one add-on track pack, while 360 users can download songs to their heart's content!

C'mon Wii (Nintendo) catch up!!!

4 out of 5 stars Rock Band Wii Rocks   August 10, 2008
Before I purchased I read just about all the reviews that stated that Rockband for Wii sucks. If you have the Wii I would recommend that you look into this game. It is a great game for the entire family. Don't let all the Wii haters stop your decision to purchase.
