5 out of 5 stars ONE OF THE BEST POKEMON GAMES EVER!   March 7, 2010
Kathleen Cortino (Tinley Park, IL United States)
Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum are all very good games that all take place in the sinnoh region. But if you had one to pick, get Platinum.
Why?

Platinum has legendary Pokemon Palkia, Dialga AND Giratina as the storyline's main Pokemon! (Pearl only has Palkia and Giratina and Diamond only has Dialga and Giratina)
Platinum has 210 Pokemon to discover in the story mode!!! (Diamond and Pearl only has 150 Pokemon to discover in the story mode)
Platinum has more better 3-d graphics then Diamond and Pearl.
Platinum has more new places then Diamond and Pearl (the battleground for instance)
Platinum has upgraded gyms!
and much more!

Platinum is "a better seqeul" to Diamond and Pearl so if you had to pick, Platinum is the answer!

4 out of 5 stars Pokemon Platinum, the 3rd in the line of major Pokemon DS games   March 3, 2010
Larry W. Virden (Reynoldsburg, OH)
I have played Diamond nearly to the end. Platinum has a number of tweaks to make it more interesting, and as such I find that the game is interesting and worth playing.

5 out of 5 stars Gotta Catch 'Em All !! XD   February 28, 2010
The Fallen Angel with a broken Wing (Dark Corner Deep Within the Mind)
I just bought this game yesterday and I can't put it down. I'm so focused on training my pokemon and myself to be stronger so that I can battle friends who've already had this game way before me. It brings me back to the 90s back when Pokemon first became popular and I was super obsessed with them. That obsession is coming back ! I'd recommend this game to any Pokemon fan or even to anyone who's *NEW* to the Pokemon craze.

The game wouldn't play in battle level. But my money was returned with no problem. I was told he had found that some of the older games wouldn't play in new Nintendo DS

5 out of 5 stars This game is AWESOME!   January 31, 2010
I am an 8 year old boy who got this game for Christmas. If you love Pokemon, this is the game for you!
