4 out of 5 stars My 5 1/2 year old loves it!   March 16, 2006

She adores this game and will stay occupied with it for hours if I let her.

1 out of 5 stars Disappointed in Disney on this one-Not kid friendly   February 17, 2006

I bought this game for my 7 year old daughter. She loves playing the games but the problem is with saving the game. This game does not auto save so to save your progress after you complete a chapter you are supposed to write down your password to enter back in to pick up where you left off. Doesn't sound so bad, right?? The passwords are random letter and numbers 2 different lines with about 10 characters per line and to top it off they are CASE SENSITIVE! This is just not geared for young kids. I ended up writing down the password for my daughter (checked it twice to make sure I wrote it down exactly) and then went in later to try to renenter it. Well for one it took me like 10 minutes just to enter it in. It didn't work. So i gave it to my husband. An hour later we both were ready to throw the GBA across the room. Now mind you I am in IT so I am not electronically dumb or anything similar. I can understand if they wanted to use passwords that made sense like "dopey" "sleepy" etc on the Snow White game etc... This is ridiculous. I expected more out of Disney.

5 out of 5 stars Disney Princess Game   February 5, 2006

I bought this game for my 3 1/2 year-old daughter and she loves it, even though, she cannot play it by herself. It is a little too difficult for her to play so, either my husband or I have to play with her. It is real cute and entertaining.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome! Great Game for Girls   January 26, 2006

I bought this, with my ever-lasting love for all things Disney, and was pleasantly suprised by the quality. Each princess has her own story, some are easier then others, Belle's is simple, as long as you don't get lost in the castle, while Aurora's and Jasmine's may be the hardest. In each level you must go around and collect treasures, and coins, as well as other items you need, Snow White needs gems, Ariel needs keys, Belle needs to find the enchanted objects. There is reading required, but all you really have to know is which button does which, (the action button is usually B,) Snow White for instance, B makes her sing, and A makes her jump. And there's goals for each story, Ariel must free Sebastian, and the merpeople, then defeat Ursula. After each level you get a password, so you do have to make sure to write it dowm, (there's space in the instruction booklet.) Overall a great game.

5 out of 5 stars Fun for adults too   January 24, 2006

I bought this game thinking of my daughter when she is old enough to play with it and I have found that some of the tasks are a challenge for me! The reason I gave the 4 stars for "fun" is because you need all these passwords for the game and with my handwriting, I am never able to read them correctly when I want to play that level again! I was reading the other reviews and I think that this game would be WAY too hard for any kid under 6.
