Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
With the Wii Zapper, your game shooting experience is guarenteed to take on a whole other dimension. Your Wii remote and nunchuck fit snugly into the Zapper, still working as well as before, only now in a shape that, when simulating the use of a weapon such as a gun or bow, allows for a steadier hand that is much less likely to get tired. Included with the Zapper is Link's Crossbow Training for the Wii, a clever and engaging shooting game set in the world of Twilight Princess that includes 27 different levels, several different game modes and multiplayer capability up to four people. Link's Crossbow Training is ESRB Rated T for Teen.

4 out of 5 stars shooting gear, a must have !   May 1, 2008
the wii zapper is really fun to use it feels like holding a semiauto machine gun.

3 out of 5 stars Just Ok   April 30, 2008
Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the game. I got it cause I used to love Duck hunt and generally love shooting games. However, while it works as a gun setup, it does not function nearly was well as the old duck hunt and shooter games used to work. Instead you have to point the gun where you want it it, which moves the target on the screen, the gun shoots where the target is at, not where the wiimote is aimed. Overall, the game that comes with it is fun for a little bit and can be addicting, but I was disappointed in the game and have more fun with the Wii Play shooting game.

5 out of 5 stars great value, excellent game   April 29, 2008
this is one of those package deals, you're buying the zapper and getting the game for free. or, you're paying $10 for each, either way, it's a good deal. the game is a LOT of fun. if you can remember the old duck hunt, you won't be disappointed with this. it has many levels/versions of play. hours and hours of fun. if you're good at shooting still targets, but not moving ones? there is an option for that. like the moving targets (and even moving targets that shoot back)? they have that too. want both? you got it.

it's fun for all ages, my 5 year old has as much fun as I do. there's no blood and gore, and you're shooting a crossbow as opposed to a gun, if that makes a difference to you. if younger kids are playing, you can stick to the bullseye target shooting levels instead of the ones where you're shooting "gremlins" and such.

there is also an option for a vs. play with another player. the only thing i would improve is that there was an option for 2 players to play as a TEAM on the different levels. it's a small gripe. other than that, i really enjoyed this game.

4 out of 5 stars Well worth the Money   April 29, 2008
Great entertainment for the price! If you like the visuals of Zelda twilight Princess then you'll like this game. The only bad thing I found about this product is the zapper shape itself. Holding the front (trigger)grip forces me to bend my wrist quite awkwardly. If the gun was more comfortable I'd give this 5 stars for sure, but its a pretty big drawback for me.. especially if I intend to use this for other shooting games. All in all very glad i purchased its, fun fun.

5 out of 5 stars amazing fun   April 29, 2008
I am continually amazed at the technology represented by the Wii systme, and what it allows you to do. the only negative comment that I could possibly have about this product is that, at times, the trigger mechanism temporarily sticks causing you to miss a shot. also, better instructions would be appropriate for each game.
