3 out of 5 stars Great Wheel practically new   May 8, 2008
i loved the wheel becuase i got it at a good price price and it was practically brand new since it still had some of the stickers that you have to remove before playing. it also came with the manual, the box looked like it went through hell and back and it did not give a good first impression and it did take a lot a longer for me to recieve than what it thought it would which was the only draw back.

4 out of 5 stars A neat gaming experience   April 28, 2008

A while back, I picked up Gran Turismo 4 after having been turned off by other racing games such as Burnout and Need for Speed. I enjoyed the game much more than I thought I would, and played it quite a bit. Using the regular Play Station 2 controller was fine, but it wasn't great. I decided to try a wheel, and knew that I would get a lot of use out of it as I was still enjoying the game a lot. After much research and deliberation, I decided on this one and have been very pleased. I can get better lap times, more consistent driving maneuvers, and win higher point races than I could before with just the controller. However, using a game wheel is a very steep learning curve, and it takes a lot of patience to get used to. After having earned many of the higher power race cars, I had to go back to the really slow ones in order to learn the mechanics of the wheel. It took some time, but generally, using the wheel is very intuitive and quite exciting. It produces a whole new gaming experience that is very worthwhile to racing fans. I'm enjoying GT4 on a whole new level, and I'm looking forward now to trying out other racing games.

5 out of 5 stars This is the wheel to get......   April 25, 2008

This steering wheel system is SWEET. I got it a few months ago and have loved it ever since. I have Gran Turismo, NASCAR 08, and ROad to Knoxville, to name a few. The wheel works great with every one. Also, some people have complained about force feeback being an issue. NOT AT ALL. If you don't like it, just unplug the wheel from the wall. The force feedback goes away and it still works fine. The 900 degree rotation is cool too when you want to crank it around a short bend. So far, with the games, 900 steering works with Gran Turismo and Need for Speed. It doesn't work at all with ATV games but they don't have steering wheels anyway. Overall, this steering wheel is the coolest thing ever. I would just like to mention I also bought the Playseat to go with it and it is the best setup ever. I could imagine you would have trouble if you did not have a table with the right height or a seat like mine. The Playseat is right here ---->Playseats Evolution Gaming Seat

4 out of 5 stars PS2 Driving Force Wheel works with PS3   March 3, 2008
This forced feedback wheel works great on PS3 system. Note that the USB connection to the game system is required, and there is slightly less than 9' of USB cable attached to the wheel. If you need more, get a USB extender. Also, the wheel *REQUIRES* something to anchor to, sold separately. Read the reviews before you consider the Logitech Lap Attachment (and heed them!).

5 out of 5 stars AWESOME!!!!!!   January 29, 2008
This is the best wheel for PS2's GT 4 game. I mount it to a TV tray table and it sets at the correct height for a regular folding chair. It has the paddle shift handles and a manual shifter (stick). Both of which function on GT4. Forsake all other steering wheels and get this one.
