A bit hard for younger kids, not really E for everyone September 30, 2008 We received the game and my husband and I struggled with it, it doesn't have clear instructions on how to manipulate the controllers for effective game playing. Our son who is 5 definitely can't play it at all, the games are much too hard. Otherwise, it is fun.
This is worth it!!! September 24, 2008 My fourteen year old grandaughter got this from me for her birthday. She loves the challenge! Also 12 year old sister loves it too. Might be to hard for little ones(<5 years) . Well worth the money spent on it.
Great workout September 3, 2008 This game is a lot of fun to play a 4 player game. It is so tiring, a great workout.
My 7 year old thinks it's "easy" August 28, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
My son got this game today and within 1 hour was disappointed b/c he was not challenged. As opposed to Mario Supersluggers which he finds challenging, he thought this was only so-so, and so the review is not high. He does add that it may be more fun with multiple people, however, we've not had time to play with him....
Can be fun, but could have been so much more. August 26, 2008 It has a lot of fun events, although the interaction is a little sloppy as compared to Wii Sports. Also, it's difficult for lefty's to play as although you can play left...the characters still show right which can be confusing depending on the game.
Otherwise, the game really is dependent on the user learning sometime ultra complex control sequences (buttons, nunchuck movements, etc...) to perform what should be easy tasks. ...think 'Finishing Moves' from Mortal Combat.
All in all...fun, but not sure if how long I'll keep. ..oh, and be careful not to sprain your wrists when you're trying to run.....timing doesn't have anything to do with the speed...just how fast you can alternate your two hands going up and down.
