A charger where you can leave the controllers in 24/7 without worry of overcharge. So far so good and a worthwhile investment if your playing a lot.

This is a better way to play your games than buying a 8 or 16-pack of AA battery. A must have!

Initially, this looked like the best product in the world. Our Wiimotes were always charged and ready to go. Then after a few months the charger stopped working. Now we have to take the battery cover off and CAREFULLY balance the Wiimote on the base. If the base is jostled at all, they will stop charging. Absolutely horrible!!! I've never had a more difficult time charging any other cradled cordless devices, such as phones and drills. In its current form, do not buy! They really need to make the contacts bigger and better. I prefer it even more if someone just dropped the cradle altogether and allowed a mini-USB charger to charge the battery, like a cell phone!

Fantastic product. Great for those of us who don't use many batteries in the house, and don't want to purchase batteries and a separate charger. These are self contained packs with rubberized covers that include a pretty unobtrusive stand. I'm pleased that Nyko chose to make the blue light the charging light and not the finished light, as blue LEDs can be enormously bright, and obtrusive if suck in a clearly visible area.
Another, possibly unintended bonus of this station is organization. These are remote shaped controllers, after all, and it would be easy for most of us to just sort of lay them around or lose them under a sofa or table. having this little stand is great, since you have a spot that you actually want to put your wiimotes all the time. Easy to find, and topped off with power? Great product. The only failing it could possibly be cited for is the inability to use the remote skins due to the contacts on the battery cover being hidden. I'm okay with this, as the other features more than make up for this shortcoming in my case.

If you want to save money on batteries this is the way to go. After reading other reviews we had no problems. With four controller we are always ready.
