Intec's line of products really don't hold up well, and this is no exception.
Everything you get in hear besides the car charger are terrible, so just get the car charger itself. But since you probally want to know, here's why.
The screen protectors are actually a poorly made piece of cardboard that will leave a whole thing of sticky stuff behind. It's an awful screen protector that actually fell off the first day I got it. The headphones have no bass, don't go loud, and are uncomfortable. They broke after a week. So my advice is to get the car charger seperate, as well as some great headphones from Bose, Sony, Phillps, whatever. And as for the screen protectors, get one that costs about seven bucks, as they are expensive, but will do a great job in protecting your screem from light, and making the life of it longer.
Not reccomended. Don't waste your money, and same goes for the PSP and DS Lite versions of the starter kit. They both are the same, poor quality.

We always have a need for the video games, but we also have the feeling to accesorize the outside of the Nintendo DS handheld to the process. This starter kit isn't really all that appealing to DS owners. Although you do get earphones, a car adapter, and a safety protection screen for the viewing screen only, not for the touch screen, there just should've been a little bit more to have been added like more stylus pens for gamers if they need them, and a protective case for games as well. All in all, I think that Intec needs to actually find better accessory kits for DS owners. This one has to go.

The satarter kit really does the trick and Amazon responded really quick y recomend this product widely. I actually bought it for the car adapter and the protective srceens, but the earphones lack quality the cables are weak and will most likely wear out in a month or two besides that the product is ok.

This starter kit is ok, but the lack of instructions made it REALY confusing.
The headphones were ok, but I just find those kind of headphones uncomfortable and fall out to easly.
The screen protectors were confusing (I put the top screen protector on the touch screen, not knowing that it was the top screen protector and I didn't find the touch screen protector untill later that night, thinking it was just a scrap piece of cardboard). The touch screen protector is ok once you get it on, but it scratches easly (well at least it isn't the screen it self) and the top screen protector is just un-needed.
The car adaptor is the thing I liked most about this starter kit. I want to play my DS on road trips and stuff, and I wasn't going to be able to play it when I first got it untill we got home, so it was good that it came with this car adaptor.
Overall, the touch screen protector and car adaptor is all that this kit is good for, but the headphones are a nice addition (if they don't fall out of your ear).
